OFFICIAL RULES

The SnapNwin™ Contest ("Contest") is subject to the following rules ("Rules").

Sponsor:

The Sponsor of this Contest is BEE Marketing Solutions Inc. (the "Sponsor").

Contest Period:

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on October 13, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 3, 2011.

Eligibility:

The Contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have, on the date of their entry in the Contest, attained the age of majority within the province or territory in which they reside. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

To Enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants may enter Contest online at http://www.beemarketingsolutions.com/contest.html by first entering the Contest promotional code (“Promo Code”) found on specially marked SnapNwin™ direct response cards. Entrants may alternatively enter Contest by mail using an official Contest ballot. This Contest ballot may be obtained by mailing a stamped self-addressed envelope to SnapNwin™ Contest c/o BEE Marketing Solutions Inc., 5 Willows Lane, Ajax, Ontario, L1S 6E7.

2) There is a limit of one online Entry per person. Entrants using multiple online Entries will be void.

3) All Contest entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned to Entrant. Official entry to the Contest must be manually entered by the individual Entrant. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked.

4) The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or unintelligible Entries. The Sponsor's time clock is the official clock for this Contest.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of either one gas card or one gourmet coffee card in the amount of $200.00 CDN for one Contest winner. Upon Contest winner confirmation, the Contest winner will be offered their choice of either one gas card or one gourmet coffee card in the amount of $200.00 CDN. The Sponsor reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select the brand and prize redemption location of the gas card or gourmet coffee card awarded, and to award a substitute prize of equivalent or greater value, including without limitation, a cash award. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the prize.

Draw:

1) On Friday, November 4, 2011 at approximately 12:00 PM EST in Ajax, Ontario, there will be one Contest Draw (the “Draw”). The winning entry will be randomly drawn from among all Entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of an Entry being drawn will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential Entrant to successfully enter the Contest for any reason. Entrant(s) eligible to win will be contacted by telephone or email within five (5) business days of the Draw, to confirm their mailing address, and will be required to successfully answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, in order to be declared the Contest winner. If a selected eligible Contest Winner cannot be reached for any reason by the date indicated above, another eligible Contest winner may be randomly selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Contest winner’s name will be announced on www.beemarketingsolutions.com after November 30, 2011.

General Conditions:

1. By entering this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor's Contest judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. All interpretations of the Rules and decisions by the Sponsor are final.

2. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant it finds tampering with the entry process, or believes to be tampering with the entry process, or the operation of the Contest or the BEE Marketing Solutions Inc. website; to be acting in violation of the Rules; with submitting obscene or offensive feedback; or with conduct intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

3. There is one prize consisting of either one gas card or one gourmet coffee card in the amount of $200.00 CDN for one Contest winner. The Sponsor reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select the brand and prize redemption location of the gas card or gourmet coffee card awarded, and to award a substitute prize of equivalent or greater value, including without limitation a cash award.

4. The Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and any applicable federal and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

5. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and the awarding, use or misuse of the prize, including liability for personal injury or damage to property.

6. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the Contest winner's name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promoting and publicizing the services of the Sponsor in any medium without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

7. The potential Contest winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Release”). A potential Contest winner will not be confirmed as the official Contest winner until their Release is validated. Failure by a potential Contest winner to return any required documents to the Sponsor within 10 days of their delivery to the potential Contest winner's mail or email address, or return of prize documents, or return of prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative eligible Contest winner, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to select an alternative eligible Contest winner but in the event an alternative eligible Contest winner cannot be reasonably determined and confirmed, the prize will go unawarded.

8. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and the awarding, use or misuse of the prize, including liability for personal injury or damage to property.
